Wow that is crazy. I honestly thought his leg was going to get mangled the way it went into the wall and was relieved it was only bruised and sore. Also amazing how the body may not develop internal injuries until farther down the road. Hopefully Chris gets healed up quickly and will be back riding before too long.

Intestinal bleeding, especially if it's bleeding into the abdominal cavity itself, is considered a potentially fatal medical emergency. Sounds like they got to it in time which is good news.
