BRISTOL, Tenn. - The 25th annual Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals is on hold for rain. Four pair of Motorcycles had completed there runs before racing action was stopped due lightning in the area. The fans were then told to leave the stands. It then started to rain and it is currently raining.

The last pair of bikes went down the track at 11:08 am. Gladstone, Smith, Van Sant and Bostick picked up wins before it started to rain.

Man I'd hate to have to take shelter on one of those tunnels, a sudden downpour could be pretty risky of a flood in those.
