I understand that Drag Racing is a business, but after watching this, for me it will be hard to root for Prock. John Force gave him the shirt off his back!

Agree, but that makes it so much more fun!
Hope the ‘Stang is is black, and the media plays up the villain aspect, Prock seems comfortable with his new role

Matt so you are saying that Jimmy and Austin were important for the success of JFR? Please keep in mind that JFR won the championship in 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2010 and 2013. Jimmy joined JFR in 2000 and left in 2014 then returned in 2017 and left in 2025 with his family. Austin was born in 1995 and drove go carts and sprint cars until Snake and JFR put him in the Montana Tools T/F car in 2019, in 2020 he ran only 2 events, in 2021 he ran 1 event filling in for Clay, 2023 he ran the full season I believe finishing 8th in points then in 2024 Austin took over for Hight. Jimmy can tune and Austin can drive (just like Doug due to their sprint cars days) not sure about Thomas. But without FAM (Force American Made) machining center behind them we'll see just how good they really are. Only time will tell, hero or zero.

Jimmy has been successful everywhere he has gone. Austin is as talented as anyone in the funny car. Tasca buys from ajpe, I really don't see the drop off for prock. I think the force fans sour grapes is the biggest issue

doesn't look like they'll have quite as good selection of clutch discs so it might take a while to get it right. JFR built a lot of hard parts they now have to source so there are some new challenges. I expect by mid-year they'll be dialed in.

Your missing the point....It's not a question of who has more money or how big their johnson is....What i'm saying is that Jimmy is probably ordering a lot of new parts that are probably better parts than what Tasca has used before...But.....Just my opinion...Press on....

Speaking of having to fund your nitro cars and find sponsorship, this season might be a relief to John as far as Josh Hart bringing financial help , and especially Alexis bringing sponsorship . Can you imagine what she could contribute to the bottom line?

I have always liked Alexis.....She did okay on her own....However....I think she'll do well in the new camp....I hope..
