Matt so you are saying that Jimmy and Austin were important for the success of JFR? Please keep in mind that JFR won the championship in 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2010 and 2013. Jimmy joined JFR in 2000 and left in 2014 then returned in 2017 and left in 2025 with his family. Austin was born in 1971 and drove go carts and sprint cars until Snake and JFR put him in the Montana Tools T/F car in 2019, in 2020 he ran only 2 events, in 2021 he ran 1 event filling in for Clay, 2023 he ran the full season I believe finishing 8th in points then in 2024 Austin took over for Hight. Jimmy can tune and Austin can drive (just like Doug due to their sprint cars days) not sure about Thomas. But without FAM (Force American Made) machining center behind them we'll see just how good they really are. Only time will tell, hero or zero.
