It's sad and unfortunate to report the passing of the Music Chart topping lead singer and lyricist for the Rock Group known as the "KNACK" Doug Fieger. Mr. Fieger succame to Cancer today February 14, 2010 after a long six year battle with the disease. The ban...d "The Knack" went to top the Billboard Magazine music charts with their 1979 hit song titled, "My Sharona". It is this song that featured the lyrical reference to the sport of drag racing, "Oo you make my motor run, my motor run, Gun it coming off of the line, Sharona".
