Casper Racing - Maybe in Idaho??? Seeking Information

Trying to help a friend who has a set of aluminum Big Block Chevy Heads, as were used on L88 motors. The heads have 'Casper Racing' stamped on each end, as well as a SSN. The SSN starts with 519, which is noted as being generated in Idaho. The friend is looking for any information on the heads, and would really like to get in touch with anyone associated with Casper Racing, who might be able to shed some light.

If you know of Casper, please pass along any information.
