My uncle is looking for 2 1/4 wide 9 Leaf spring - inserts for a 75 Vette.

Hope that makes sense, it's just a msg he jotted down for me, probably got it wrong, but if I don't and someone knows what I'm talking about, do you know where I get the above in brand new condt?
