since this is a public forum viewed by billions of people, I also want to officially claim the trademark on "THROTTLE WHACK FEST"

Kevin, chickens dont cackle, they cluck...

they do both Mike, but cluck is the soft, low sound, cackle is the loud sound

cluckfest makes me think of delicious fried chicken festival, or do a double take and ask "say again?"

There are many other ways of promoting your vintage drag racing events without using the NHRA Trademark of "Cackelefest"

Just start thinking outside the box and you can come up with many clever ways of saying the exact same thing.

On a side note if someone else has used the same Cacklefest saying for years before the NHRA Trademarked it keep in mind that a common trademark is more important in a court of law then a Trademark is as long as you can prove that you have used this continually over a period of years before they Trademarked it.
