Thank you for brightening my day... our cold front is supposed to hit about 1:00 pm... It's supposed to drop to freezing. I guess I could get a coat out.

Steve, it`s not a whole lot warmer in Boise, highs are in the mid 30s. Plenty of snow in the mountains, but none at all here in the valley. Just the way I like it. I`m looking forward to getting down to Pomona in three weeks and warming up!

Hey Bobby, the way the banks are holding onto thier money this time of the year because house lending has tightened up and all of the snow we have had this winter I might have to take you up on your offer, the only problem is, can you extend that invite untill the winter is over , just kidding bro, I'll have to find a way to ride this financila/cold storm out.

I hear you, by far this is the coldest place I have lived and I lived in the Pocono Mountains of PA prior to my move here.

I grew up in the moderate climate of western Washington. I miss that even more on days like Saturday or the super hot heat index days of summer... I like 70's.

They said with the wind chill factor, it was 13 degrees down here. It's really aggrivating to me because of my asthma. Most people can breathe better when it's cooler but when it's this cold, people in my area fire up their woodstoves and fireplaces. So I pretty much can't go out after 6:00 because of all the smoke in the air.

My experience with other Maters stopping in is why we limit this to a week. LOL

Haven't you noticed that they have been using the phrase "global climate change" instead of "global warming" recently?

That way they don't have to worry about a cold snap debunking their global warming theory. They will attribute your record cold days in December to the overall "global climate change" that is all George Bush's fault.
