Oh yeah. It's been humid here for 3 weeks. We have been in pretty much a drought all month. We'll be there all weekend in the stands!

Got here at 9:00 AM to set up the travel trailer, was pretty much wringing wet in 10 minutes. Supposed to be a little better tomorrow, but there's a fair chance of thunderstorms all weekend. Still beats being at work.

The weather wasn't so bad today, mostly cloudy and that helped with the temps. Didn't do much for the humidity, but with the TF track record being reset twice tonight, that shows things weren't too bad.

Thanks to the cloud cover and persistent rain showers, we were treated to some great passes last night. No, they weren't Topeka or Reading like numbers, but there has been very little tire smoke so far this weekend. Track records in TF and FC. That could change today, it's going to be mostly sunny and the humidity is pretty stout, but so far, it's been a good weekend for racing.

It started pouring rain not long after the Top Fuel final and it is still pouring over 2 hours later.

Yer right, both TF & FC did better ET's than I expected. But PS was two tenths off. Glad the rain held off till just after the TF final.
