I'd be really interested to see what the horsepower/ torque curves are for that engine. I have the inline 6 Cummins in my RAM and while it makes 800 ft/lbs torque, it does so at only around 1600 rpm. Max horsepower is only 380 at about 3000 rpm. I'm sure whatever they are doing is a trade secret
One guy I talked to told me they run a 6.7 block, 5.9 crank, giving it 6.4 total. turn roughly 6000 rpm at 150lbs boost creating upwards of 3000 HP. Fuel pumps are in the 300 GPM range and will last 40-50 runs
If it is like other truck "sports" it will be GM, Ford and Dodge powered by Cummins kind of like NHRA is trying to do to PS GM, Ford, and Dodge powered by DRCE engines.
