Nailed Prock, just missed the TF ET with Brown's 3.64It’s going to be all or nothing fast tonight. Prock 3.79, Doug or Brit 3.63
Thanks, glad to hearYes he's there. There was a video also showing him sitting with the other drivers when they had the autograph session.
Looks like the track personal are prepping the track and the Safety Safari are there for accidents/safety.Watching these guys do cleanup makes me appreciate the efficiency of NHRA Safety Safari after Antron blew a tire.
Pretty sure the cars are 100% NHRA legal. Otherwise all the runs being made wouldn’t really offer helpful data.Question. I've seen this brought up a couple of times and it got me to wondering. I understand that this event requires entrants to abide by standard NHRA safety rules but what's the criteria for rules that affect performance? Do they follow NHRA rules or can you run with less weight, more wing angle, more than 90% nitro, blower overdrive, laid-back headers, etc.? I wouldn't think so but I'm not sure.
That would be my opinion but on more than one occasion I was told it was somewhat of a run-whatcha-brung event. Didn't sound right to me.Pretty sure the cars are 100% NHRA legal. Otherwise all the runs being made wouldn’t really offer helpful data.
