The original Division 3 NHRA Director, former manager of Indianapolis Raceway Park and NHRR Coordinator, Bob Daniels, passed away at 8.30 am EST today.

:-(... I was very fortunate to have met him at the Gators this year... Garlits looked stunned when I walked to his booth not to meet him but to meet Daniels... He was a great guy and I am saddened by the news... Have to find a way to tell my dad since he worked for Bob for years...
