- forecast looks warm friday thru sunday, cooler air on thursday. should be great for STK/SS class elims.
- 20 TAD's with lots of hitters. mite have to pay attention to their last Q late sat. morning
- factory X no longer listed on entry list page
- t. totten just entered TF bringing total to 14
- surprised to see a few spots still open in SS, SC, and SG

Unfortunately, I won't be making the trip from Winnipeg for this year's race. I'll be watching on nhra.tv, cheering on all Manitoba entries!

Factory X was moved to Indy where there will be 4 entries.

It's going to be a while until you see more cars in this class. When NHRA decided to allow this class to happen, There were many, more than 4, that where going to dive in but with the cost and availability of body parts, (Covid)... yes it's been that long. I think that many are gonna sit back and see how this pans out before the dump a $hit ton of cash into a class that can be easily dissolved. just my 2 cents.

day 1. stockers are on the track. small wally day.
.......edit: it's cold and fast

BIR still a 4day event with 4 pro sessions. upper 70's and sunny today.
with a low sun, the last few pair TF'rs this evening could possibly put down a high 3.6 run

Shoot, you're right Mike. Yesterday when I looked at the schedule, I must have passed that too quickly and trying to read my cellphone screen. You made my day. Thanks!

I'm not sure how many will go in search of something. And since I can provide a link to a story, picture, or article, I am more than happy to do so.

didn't take very long for new addition to elite to come out......there was a hint about this
a few weeks ago on one of the broadcasts.

Left lane is an issue.

Now some drama in the lanes….

Blake Alexander
Thanks. When you said Jim wouldn’t be happy, I wondered if Laughlin pedaled Dunn’s car and grenaded the engine.

Edit: I just turned on my DVR for the FS1 broadcast of qualifying and saw Alexander’s run.
That was a textbook version of an oil down.
Holy cow.

Was it really too dark or was it the poor lane conditions in the left lane that made them call it?
