Big time tuner switching shirts???

I think this falls into three categories. 1. Who has the money. 2. Who needs help. 3. Who is going to move
1st - Money The big money people are Al Anabi (unlimed funds), Schumacher (lots of money but won't spend his own), Force (seems to have whatevery he needs), Bernstein - CoParts is an unknown but Kenny will not spend any of his money. Lucas (lots of money). Kalitta (lots of money). Head (lots & lots of money)
2nd. Who needs help? Al Anabi wants to win in F/C and is willing to spend whatever it takes. Schumacher already has a winning group, doesn't need any changes. Force seems to have it under control - all 3 cars are running better than ever. Bernstein - wants to win but #1 is questionable. Lucas wants to win - might be willing to spend the money. Kalitta is running good doesn't need to make any changes. Head is his own man and is a totally hands on owner/driver. Always has been, always will be.
So who needs help and can pay the big bucks to get a top tuner. #1 Al Anabi, #2 Lucas, #3 Bernstein (but his $$'s are unknown.
3rd Question: Who knows, will just have to wait and find out but I think it will be someone from either Schumacher's or Force's camp moving to one of the above 3.

I would imagine it would be someone who is either not doing well in their current position or is unhappy in their current position. I doubt it would be a who is paying more once you start earning big money wages I would imagine a person would stay where they are happy if it was all about the money well wouldn't that be a bit greedy.

KBR should have snatched up Todd Smith and Donnie Bender as soon as they became available. Those guys were firing on all cylinders at the end of last season.

KBR already hired Todd Smith during the off season. but add up the salary's being paid to Flynn, Guger, and Smith and it can't be cheap.

If this is true I'd say more interesting than shocking. And please don't type that this is "sad". If Mr. Medlen is for it, and wants it, then that is really the only one who counts in this situation...Mr. Medlen.
