Barry Setzer's streamliner dragster help!!!!

One more time I got a rare one to build this time.Barry Setzer streamliner dragster was only run two times and parked anyone have any pictures of car???Only found four pictures on net.Harder to find than goeske's road runner I have started to build.THANKS for any help!!!James

Sweet car - a work of art actually. It's too bad it didn't run worth a hoot. I think I can help you. I've got an original Oct 1972 Drag Race USA magazine with the Buttera/Setzer monocoque dragster on the cover, with more photo's inside. AND - I'm going to Big's Museum in Sefner FL in about a week and a half. I'll take whatever detail photos you might want. The car is restored and on display there.

A great color shot is in Robert Genat's book, "Top Fuel Dragsters" (MBI Publishing, c. 2002)... I'll also check the magazine archieve in the storage room ( I had the DRUSA issue, bit I think Car Craft did one as well...)

Car Craft did have one, that included one of those cut away type illustrations. Also, Drag Racing Magazine had an article on Garlit's restoration of it.
