Steve Torrence, Robert Hight, Jeg Coughlin Jr., and Andrew Hines were crowned NHRA Mello Yello world champions.

This is the first sentence of the NHRA article about the awards ceremony. Further down, it gives Erica Enders the credit.

It does say that, but it is a big ass typo on their part. Erica is the Pro Stock Champion. Jeg won the race.

I was reading an article the other day which twice stated that Jimmy Hoffa disappeared in 1985. Obviously lack of editing is an issue, but how do you make such an error in the first place?

The cover photo had the AAA logo over Erica's face. They finally fixed that. I'm thinking the NHRA.com webmaster is a Jeggie fan! LOL
