Is it just me or is anyone else getting these annoying ads on here on a smartphone started a few days ago. Right in middle of the screen

especially when you click on "what's new" some of the topics are messed up also. I thought it was my browser at first using edge but tried chrome also. same thing.

yes, it has gotten out of control the last week or so...it makes much easier to just skip nitromater and move on to someplace else. :-/ I hope they get it sorted out soon.

When I see these ads, I click on the X that is usually in the upper right hand corner of the &*((&( ad. An icon comes up that asks why you want to close the ad. I click on "ad covered content" or "as was inappropriate". I know google wants the $$ they get from the ads, but I still tell them I don't want the ad. Whatever that's worth....

Google ads are very important to our site. Recently google implemented a new ad unit that auto places ads on our site. This is what everyone has been seeing in posts. I have fixed the issue and turned this feature off. The ads are important to our site because they pay for the server we are on, software, domain name and other technical stuff. Without the ads this site wouldn't survive because I choose not to pay for this out of my pocket. Hope everyone can understand the value the ads bring.

Thanks,
Shannon
