For a couple art works he could have got the Pope to issue one.
I'm dismayed at the lengths our elected officials will go to for a couple of bucks and the longer they stay in office the easier it is to find them catering to special interests or worse.
I strongly support TERM LIMITS !
Seems some things like human nature stay the same which is why History keeps repeating itself.
