Too big of a pain in the arse to cross the border anymore, both ways.

Before I moved (in 2000), it was pretty easy. Things have changed...

Went up to Mission Raceway Park for the National Open last summer. Showed my passport and crossed the border both ways with no trouble at all. Abbotsford is not all that far from where I live (perhaps an hour drive). Had I known about the event I would have definitely attended.
