Whether or not there will be backlashes from his hanging, the fact remains that this officially denounces the dictator rule and ushers in the justice that comes with democracy. The people of Iraq are so far better today than just a few short years ago and a deadly dictator will reap the rewards he's sewn. Congratulations Iraq!
