4 plate clutch

Need a little help. Last year we ran a 51/8" Browel can with a 4 plate L&T clutch all was ok. This year we have a 51/8" Trick Titanium can with a EastWest 4 plate clutch and it dont fit, the studs and the springs hit on the pedal cross bar and the fingers have no room to throw out. Please any advice.
