Thinking out loud. Maddi Gorden, Spenser Massey (part time) Buddy Hull ? What if JFR racing 4th car is a TF?

Can I talk about F/C's for next year in this thread? OK, here goes: I imagine that the Jim Dunn F/C will be out there again, but according to posts here, not with Buddy Hull. So who might have some funding to buy a ride with Jim Dunn for next year? I can't think of any current drivers, except maybe Bobby Bode. I wonder if Bobby could fund a full time ride (or would want to) with the Dunn F/C? Or maybe some Pro Mod guys who get mentioned here once in a while?

If Bobby could fund a fulltime team, wouldn't it be in the Bode family car?

No, my thinking is that the driver of the Dunn F/C doesn't bring money to fund the entire operation, just a portion of it. Who knows what that amount is? Bobby Bode Jr. obviously doesn't have enough $$ to fund an entire full-time operation, but maybe he could bring just enough to get the driver's seat in the Dunn F/C. Of course, those funds could also help to fund the family F/C, but I think they run on a very small budget, which is why Bode Sr just runs a few events per year. Bode Jr's contribution wouldn't help much with the family F/C.

How's this for a pipe dream?

Netflix invests a few of its millions in five TF cars, plus crews and all the equipment and paraphernalia, and puts Ida, Jasmine, Krista, Julie in the drivers' seats, plus Angelle for 'mother hen' seniority, and adds Maddi in her existing new ride, and lets them loose against each other and all the regular TF guys of all ages -- a recipe for a TV series to challenge Drive To Survive and its all-male, youthful, rock-star lineup of F1 racers in the public eye.

If only...

did i miss the announcement that buddy hull won't be with dunn racing in '26?
wish the best for dave richards. if he's out there in '26, sure would like to see them improve.

Does anyone know if Dave Richards is funded for FC next year? Maybe they and Jim Dunn could team up.
Dave Richards' team is owned by Metalcraft of Mayville Inc.They are the parent company of SCAG, Bluebird Turf, Versatran and others. They also own Ashley's TF team and Wilk's team. They will definitely all be back next season. They need to get Wilkerson over there and work on that tuneup though.
