Props to Division Director William Tharpe for scheduling Saturday as Raceday so the teams going would have an extra travel day.

was busy all day yesterday, tuned in early this morning to look at results. was wondering why the race #2 finals
were airing on 'D3 saturday'

for sure. i watch the divisional youtube feeds all the time, including having it on rite now.
in fact, you can still see the mark/trail near centerline where dean carter lost an engine yesterday.

Does anyone know the record TAFC Divisional/Regional 8-car bump? I know TAD is 5.26 from Virginia a few years ago, but wasn't sure what TAFC is. This 5.551 bump from TX Motorplex, if not a record must be up there for quickest bump ever?

Does anyone know the record TAFC Divisional/Regional 8-car bump? I know TAD is 5.26 from Virginia a few years ago, but wasn't sure what TAFC is. This 5.551 bump from TX Motorplex, if not a record must be up there for quickest bump ever?

Just checked the weather and you are right, it looks like candyland conditions this weekend. I just hope Q2 isn't too cold. If I wasn't a cheap ass, I'd seriously think about flying out there since I have this weekend off but I guess Ill settle for NASCAR instead.

I'll fill in for ya.

May be Saturday, for 2 reasons - 1, low 60s, 60% humidity and crosswinds gusting to 35mph at the start of Q2. I'll miss the night flames but Q3 and 4 sound like ideal conditions. Plus I'll be home by about 7pm instead of 1am.

TF count still at 19. It looks like Lee Callaway has been added. He ran as a team car with Scott Palmer in the IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series. I don't think he has run NHRA before. Glad to see him on the list.
