2016 has not been a good year for music

Yeah dude... Watching clients, friends and associates drop this year has been quite a bit unnerving. Some of the older artists I work for have started to have a very sad look on their faces- WAY too many funerals attended this year... Prince threw me a serious curve though; looking at the (very emotional) solo shows he's been doing in the past few weeks might have been a foretelling....

i'm with ya' there martin....yesterday's news was a complete shock. why do so many of the greats leave us so early?
prince did so many wonderful things for so many people. hard to fathom why such an incredible person had to pass on.
IMO in everyone's life we live with only a handful of geniuses. some we are less aware of as they may be in science, medicine,
literature, engineering, etc. those that are in the arts touch the masses and leave indelible impressions on us.
so hard to see them go.
