After back to back successful outings in Palm Beach and Houston, Mick Snyder and the Snyder Motorsports Race Team are headed to Maple Grove Raceway in Reading, Pennsylvania. Snyder, who currently sits third in the ADRL Pro Extreme points standings, is hoping to take his Powersource Transportation ’67 Corvette into the Winner’s circle this weekend.

Big league nitro racing returns to Pittsburgh May 20-21

NEW ALEXANDRIA, Pa. (May 6, 2011) – It has been several years since the sights, sounds and smells of big league nitro racing have filled the lanes at Pittsburgh Raceway Park, but that will all change later this month when the IHRA Nitro Jam series makes its debut at the western Pennsylvania track May 20-21 for the Pittsburgh Nitro Jam.

First year in drag race Quick 32 Sportsman Series for Jeff Moser

Steve Torrence leaves Tuttle Motorsports To form TORRENCE Racing Top Fuel Team

Five races into a new NHRA racing season, Steve Torrence made a decision to leave Dexter Tuttle’s Top Fuel team following the Southern Nationals at Commerce, Ga., May 13-15.

All of his 39 professional races have been in Tuttle’s dragster, but this was the best time for the Torrence family to become team owners.
