Not a big four wide fan but watching four Funny Cars going side by side with all the candles lit for all the marbles was pretty exciting. And watching Rick Hendrick say John Force was his hero.

Prock 3.87 332
Capps 3.92 327.5
DeJoria 3.933 327.9
Hagan 3.939 329

qualify 12th @ 3.92
E1 2nd place @ 4.01
E2 2nd place @ 5.11
E3 4th place @ 3.93
average, bad, bad, and almost wins it. gotta' love the 4-wides

Best race of the day for sure and Garlits (who's looking good!) being there was great. But for whatever reason the rest of that race (watched on FS1) left me wanting. Just couldn't get into it at all.

How about Scott Farley first round. It didn’t make the full trip, but he was only .007 behind Shawn Landon’s 3.72 numbers at the 330’ mark, and it ended up being the 2nd best overall 330’ of the entire round. 3rd best 60’ of the round. They have to be thrilled with those sort of early numbers. A great addition to the notebook to build off of for next time out.

Rob Flynn knows his stuff.

Aaron Stanfield dnq…Elite is definitely struggling.
EE got her crewchief back, is it John Vandergriff? (my memory may be failing me here on this one, he’s the guy that had the double lung transplant.). Anyway, since the person in question is back, Erica’s car immediately picked up and I expect the rest of the elite cars will follow suit soon.

Edit. It is Mark Ingersoll, not a Vandergriff.
What is the relation to Buddy Ingersoll, if any?

I'm sure she was pleased with a 6.52 and especially the .019 RT. But bear in mind the primary reason for the pickup was the DA which helped everybody in the house .02-.04.
