Woodruff Fired (5 Viewers)

Haven't they fired several track operators as well? How long before good people are afraid to take a chance on working for them?

IMO working for a business man like Darryl if you do not produce at his level you are gone. I worked for a man who built up a 150 million a year business, he expected everyone to perform 24/7/365 like him. Unfortunately the employees are gong to try for a while then owner wants more then it usually ending bad for them.
I made it 5 years only because I was employed by the company but was working on his "personal fun" projects. It was not unusual for him to call at 2am because he thought of something.
The other thing he did to managers, dangle the carrot, keep them chasing it but not quite getting it, then fire them and bring in a new sucker. I watched this happen over and over for the 5 years I was there, I actually worked for him about 7 years, 2 of which were on his personal residence, that was how we met.
He did with every aspect of his life.

To even suggest that someone like Scott Woodruff did not produce at the highest level is wrong. Scott is one of the best in the business.

Is Cuttell demanding? Or is he unfocused, mercurial, and constantly changing direction?

It is not hard to work for a demanding boss if they are clear in their direction and stick to their plan.

article also states doug foley jr. takes over the COO position ..... related to his departure from driver's seat?
you can fire people via a text now? what is this world coming to
