For years they never ran the Fuel cars till 3 PM on Thurs-Fri. Cause the kids were in school. Wonder how they got that changed?

For years they never ran the Fuel cars till 3 PM on Thurs-Fri. Cause the kids were in school. Wonder how they got that changed?

Given that the quality of education in American elementary and secondary schools has declined over the years (particularly when compared to the rest of the world), maybe the schools just don't care about how loud it might be in the nearby classrooms!
