Will Baca, Herbert, or Vandergrift TF be @ Indy?

Will the Baca, Doug Herbert, or Vandergrift top fuelers be at Indy, even if someone else drives (like JR Todd or Rod Fuller did earlier this year)?
 
I think Baca or Todd will be in the Mach 1 car and Vandergriff will have Speedco sponsorship. Herbert's next race is Concord.
