They got a an amazing deal clearly they valued personal happiness. So many force loyalists can't see the Forrest through the trees when John poached tuner talent it was ok, but when it happens to them shame on the procks

Wouldn't bet against either one. Todd or Capps could be a dark horse. DeJoria could easily be in the top 10 but Vandergriff is a tough one since he doesn't have any experience in a FC.

I said it, too....DeJoria will be seated in a top-shelf ride but unless she figures out how to get her reaction times consistently in the .060 or so range she won't be hoisting the Championship trophy. Brittany was the same way for a long time but finally became a starting-line contender in the last couple of seasons. Hopefully Alexis can do the same but I'm not betting money on it. No offense to her; she's a favorite of mine and other than that, she IS a quality driver and a super all-around person.

Hagen, Capps or Beckman. Pick one. Dark horse pick: Austin Prock, if the new Tasca team can gel quickly enough. In 2027, for sure, Prock.

Yes and I learned from being an employee also.
Through that I always treated them like gold.
Employees are a company's biggest asset.

It is not the fact that the Procks left to me, life is always changing. The fact is with such a big change the odds of them coming out competitive with all new parts, pieces and crew is not very likely.
IF they can I will be the first to say Jimmy and the boys are great, better than the best, We shall see shortly.
AJ has done it with multiple drivers BUT he brings all his own pieces and parts with him, Jimmy is going to have to learn complete new system, literally everything.

38 years for me and several more like me in our large company. My Hunting Band is strong.

Nobody will look out for YOUR interests like YOU.

End of the day JFR can run their business as they see fit. The employees can look out for their interests as they see fit. There is zero reason for anyone to be butthurt over decisions that JFR made that was in the best interest for JFR and Procks made that was in the best interest for the Procks.
