Been there in person.It is one of the most outrageous shops I have ever had the pleasure of getting a tour of.

.... and keep in mind we haven't even seen Doug's operation at Willow Run. I'm not sure if he has a hangar in Morisstown, TN as well or if they lease there. Hangars are big and can be very impressive, but I can attest they are expensive to maintain and build. We have 4 where I work. The heat & A/C bills are incredible. Atleast with the race shop, you're not constantly opening & closing the doors all day pulling planes in & out in extreme temperatures. That's just murder on the hvac system. Fire codes and hazmat storage are also huge issues everyone has to deal with too.
