Unless whoever it is is bringing in a sponsor, they better have deep pockets. Buying all the equipment necessary and then having the budget even for 12 races let alone 24 is a stout undertaking. Then again, could be someone who has all the support stuff and is just buying an up-to-date car to get back out there. Not that Bernstein doesn't have the best that money can buy, but would you buy that car? Sometimes, for whatever reason, certain cars just don't have it, and TJ has said that with the added weight in '08 the car was just never consistent. One thing for sure, between teams getting parked and other teams updating, there is no shortage of good cars to buy.
