When thinking about Eric Medlan

please remember out the ABC reporter Bob Woodruff turned out. I do not know exactly what happened to Eric and how similar Eric's injury is compared to Woodruff's. Woodruff got injured in Iraq when the tank he was riding in was hit by an IED. Woodruff's injury was so bad that part of his skull had to be cut off to relieve the swelling of his brain. He was in a coma for over a month. But if any of you have seen him and his wife on TV in the last month, you've seen that he's made a full recovery. I bring up Woodruff's injury and his recovery to make a point of just how far back a person can come these days and to give all of us who want the best for Eric a reason to be optimistic.

That's a great point Dave. Also, Marshall Topping posted on another thread about what he went through following a bad crash, and he's made a full recovery. Point is, Eric needs all the positivity we can send his way.
