What are your way-too-early predictions for the 2026 NHRA season?

I think we will have three women win championships in pro categories this year.

Leah in TF will have a stellar first season back in the seat, taking the championship.

Alexis is going to dominate the FC field the entire season. Neff and Jonnie will have that thing running at the top of the field. If she can up her reaction times just a tad, look out! I also see the Prock/Tasca dream team taking some time to gel, but they will get it together in time to challenge for the countdown.

Erica leads the resurgence of Elite, winning her 7th title!

I do not think Alexis can get it done

i think elite is still behind too in 60' and 330', hence they are there this week, and as complus article stated
are only making 1/2 track passes. they'll find it. you can see their trailers at far end of pits off end of bleachers
in the drone pics.

josh goes 340 twice, but here's the real zinger. when you watch a car go 3.691 @ 315.56, then same car comes back and
goes 3.699 @ 337.07, do you say to yourself, 'holy cow, alan johnson knows how to run a 3.69 two different ways!?'

We will see an all 3 second FC field
Vandergriff v Prock will be must see TV but NHRA will fail to promote it properly
The IHRA Triple Crown races will be filled with NHRA regulars

will go out on limb and suggest alexis, leah, and erica
will all be in the mix come the stampede of speed.

neff back @ jfr + jonnie + alexis will improve herself off the track to improve herself on the track.
(just a guess, but she's never had it so good, maybe not even when she was with kalitta)..... she is going to win again this year.

FC is a pick em's. chad green and spencer hyde will knock off the big dogs more than once.

would love see matt hartford put a great year together
