Man that’s just horrible news. Think about the ratio of track closings to new builds... The math isn’t favorable.

It's surely sad! They threw a ton of money at it like they did at 'Miller Motorsports Park' which is now closed. The demographic data for the SLC area on paper is good to build it out, but their's enough stuff going on there for a doctoral dissertation-I get it. (I use to live/went to School for a while in the SLC area). After doing a cursory review will be fascinating how they deal with it on the Lucas Oil and Heritage Series 19' schedules, lots to kick around .............. It's my impression/sense more will be revealed within the next 48 months, i.e. improvements at Famoso?, A *new*Kingdon* Raceway?, Tuscon Lucas D7 event? I would hope the powers that are have some folks assigned to reviewing the dynamics occurring in the division.

Great the county was finally able to do a little short-term partial subletting there, it also looks like 'Tooele' County is making legal progress on finally selling the place to a new Chinese owner/operator who'll be putting in more development around the facility, i.e. hotels, condo's, etc. : http://www.sltrib.com/news/2017/11/...reement-over-miller-motorsports-park-lawsuit/
