US citizens racing in Canada better have your passports for next season

This program has been delayed and will not affect anyone coming to Canada by road for 2007 and 2008. It will still be in effect for those arriving by air, but it will not be in force for those who drive across the border. The border states and provinces got together and lobbied the governments to delay it until the middle of 2009 because the timeframe to implement it was too short and would cause too many problems on both sides of the border.
