I wonder if they will switch the money to TOP FUEL since they don't have a funnycar anymore.

I think Technicoat might have a multi-year deal for the Top Fuel shootout, but interesting thought. When they talked about Skoal moving over to T/F, I didn't think about the shootout.

A little observation....on the NHRA site, if you scroll down, they have a box titled 'Pro Bonus Series' and the Top Fuel event is not listed in any form, only FC, PS, and PSB.

Well when KB left for the TF class, they still kept it as the Bud Shootout. I don't think it would matter to much if they didn't have a FC in the field.

I wonder if it hasnt been updated Alan. I remember back in June, the cars just had 'Top Fuel Shootout' on them, before the Technicoat boys came on board to sponsor it, then the decals changed. Maybe it's not listed on the site, because it didn't have a sponsor at the time maybe
