Hey Jerry, Bingo, but there are other places too. Just to Keep the record Straight though, We DON'T Do THAT!!!

There are more locations too!!!

You're comment is very funny!!!!

I want to add something to this to send Kudos to NHRA Tech.

When we ran Topeka last month, for the first time in a LONG time at a National event, they were checking Stagger on ALL The Alky Cars.

I was TRYING to find out why, they just kept smiling, so I kept asking. They are really cracking down and personally, I'm glad!! We have nothing to hide, but you just never know who might.

I noticed the MPH and E/T was slightly down on F/C, I wonder if the teams took it upon themselves to slow down because of the short track.

i know rules are rules, but with such light turn outs in the nitro classes, they shouldn't be throwin' anybody out ! its my understanding that these infractions were discovered during spot checks, well if your gonna have spot checks, do it when 20 plus cars show up or just fine the teams instead of tossing them out.

OOPS! . . . Scelzi and Mel both admit there was loose ballast in the cars and go on to talk about inconsistent scales. Doesn't matter - they broke a rule and there is no doubt about what the Rule Book says.
If the loose ballast was in the cars during the runs, it was a very bad safety decision. If the ballast mysteriously appeared after the runs, you can draw your own conclusions.
