Tony Schumacher Signs Extension Through 2032 (9 Viewers)

Texas-based American Communications Construction (ACC) and Aloha Beauty Lounge have each extended its primary sponsorship of NHRA Top Fuel driver Tony Schumacher and the No. 15 Top Fuel dragster he pilots for Rick Ware Racing (RWR) through the 2032 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season.
there are 6 variables in this statement. that's a lot of sh*# to go right for 6 years. i hope it does. i like RWR's nhra effort. notably clay, jim-o, and nicky.
clay and schumacher is an odd match, but oh well. hope both teams find their groove this year.

Anyone think Clay has been slighted by the "big" Nhra star losing Jim O? Nicky is very experienced but doesn't quite have the pedigree of Jim O. I would love to see Clay and team win a championship so I'm rooting for them. Eight championships are enough!

Clay has mentioned in his videos that Jim o and Nicky are a "brain trust" and it's expected that cars will be competitive. I don't believe Rick Ware himself would allow Clay to become second fiddle.

Congrats to Rick Ware Racing on securing a long term deal like that.

they will be setup the same and work from there to fine tune. It's hard enough to tune one car on race day let alone two so I'm sure each will have final control of their car.

I wonder if John O. ends up in the RWR camp.

i hope these three guys can make some noise this year. not surprising to see the brothers reunited.
i thought rob flynn was a great move by these guys late last year, but i guess it wasn't in the cards.
.....also, big step taken by RWR to pit in u-shape. definitely suggests their sponsors will be using this space
to entertain. very impressed by RWR in last 2-3 years; program only moving upwards.

I also have been impressed by Rick Ware from the first time I heard him interviewed. He is a really unique and sharp guy, 100% of funding for all his various teams comes from sponsorship. His roots are Southern California drag racing and he loves nitro and standing on the starting line.

Personally I like the look of conventional cars more, but they made the right choice making both chassis identical. I think Jim, Jon and Nicky will have both of these cars running up front and soon !
I agree, I like the look of the open cockpit myself. Having said that, in the modern world where TF cars are all virtually the same visually (like pretty much all motorsports nowadays) having the canopy cars in the mix does add a little variety.
