I work Part Time for MTS-The Mail From Home Kiosk at select NHRA National Events and I know for a fact that Tommy has been working with the DSR Hopsitality Side and he is still very much involved in the soprt. He makes it a point to be in the staging lanes and near the starting line when the DSR Cars are running. I know for a fact that he is no longer with Melanie. But we need to please respect his privacy on that. Tommy Johnson. Jr. is a REMARKABLE man, an AWESOME racer, and an all around GREAT guy!!!

If you really wanted to respect his privacy, you never would have said anything about him no longer being with Melanie-it is none of our business who is with whom and who is not with whom-what has Nitromater turned into, the National Enquirer?

A real shame...if this is true. Can't believe that they folded the tent in just a few years of being together. It's a tough life being on the road like they were. Wonder if TJ being over in Quatar or AbuDhabi made things even more difficult. I wish them both the best, and would really like to see them work things out if they still want to.

I'd really like to see thise thread gone. Have met TJ and he sure seemed to be one of the nicest folks on the tour. Haven't met Melanie but I'm sure she's a good person too. Whatever goes on within their personal lives is THEIR business and none of ours. How would you like to see YOUR personal life discussed by hundreds of ill informed onlookers when it obviously has nothing to do with them? Let's talk racin.

I am in NO way saying the situations are similar at all so please don't flame me for starting rumors. But if you are any kind of famous or a public figure at all you are fair game no matter what's going on in your life. That's it....bottom line.
