Seems I recall alot of lip flap over the track situation in San Antonio earlier this year and how IHRA just isn't as good as NHRA. Hmmmm? I guess everyone has their problems no matter which side of the fence you come from. Comments anyone????
But not as soon as they found out like IHRA did.
Joe Sherwood posted on 5-9 there was a problem, so it was known then.
Defend NHRA all you want, but they dropped the ball on this one.
Just goes to show you that sometimes things happen that are beyond anyones control, no matter how big or how much money one has. While I doubt they wish ill will on anyone, I bet the IHRA is relieved that they are not the only ones having a lot of bad luck after what happened in San Antonio and Mansfield. Hopefully Bristol will be ready by July, but I am thinking it may join the Mansfield event on the schedule.
