from what I understand; Neff was still on the DSR payroll this year, waiting for Tony to secure funding. His adviser services were paid for by Tasca to DSR, but he still worked with other DSR teams. This seems to be a full time gig, either paid to DSR or onboard with Tasca Racing itself.

The other part of the announcement I believe was missed, is 3 years....does this means Ford Performance signed back on for the same time period?
