Subaru and Suzuki out of WRC!!!

In a shock announcement today Subaru pulled out of the WRC without warning. Subaru had been a factory participant for 20 years and had won 6 driver's championships and had given no indication they were going to leave the sport. Suzuki was less of a stunner, they had just joined the WRC in '07 and never really found pace. The pullouts only leave 2 manufacturers in the WRC, Citroen and Ford ... and Ford's participation is still in doubt.

It's bad all over for motorsports folks!

That is a stunner. I've always enjoyed watching these guys race.

Citroen doesn't even sell cars in America, but then again you can't watch it here anymore either since NASCAR/Speedvision pulled them off their schedule.
