I don't see where Richie "stole" it from Line.He just cut a better light.Maybe Line didn't take Richie seriously enough with his slower light??

Cutting a better light and running a slower ET to win the race...thats called stealing a race.
Line has been very inconsistent on the tree all year. Nobody is too surprised by his .090 light.
Yeah, he`s going to be the Powerade champ this year , but you can thank GA horsepower for that, not his reaction times.

Richie drilled the tree all day.He was on his game all day. A well deserved win in my eyes!!! Way to go Richie and crew on your second win of the year!! JJ

He doesn't have to be killer on the tree with the performance advantage he has. Greg hasn't been too hot on the tree either, nor does he have to.

I think it's nice to see Richie doing well now that he's got a horse under him. And I'm even happier to see Roy & Allen Johnson's operation doesn't seem to have suffered from the addition of a DSR Pro Stock car... Had the first round gone the other way it could've just as easily been AJ in the final.

Amazing job by Ritchie, so happy to see him doing well, also it was great to see AJ so happy for Ritchie, those guys are pure class act!

who's horsepower? you must not listen to greg when he talks about jason's contributions to his 3 championships.

congratulations richie s. on your 2nd win of the year yesterday.

Amen to that! Line has a performance advantage, but Stevens has the obvious driving advantage. First one to the other end wins...good clean win for Richie!

2007 Prediction: Unless the Summit cars are driven better in '07, neither car will win the championship. Greg and Jason have a slight performance advantage, but most of the rest of the class has a driving advantage.

Right on John. I pull for GA and JL. I have talked to them both several times and they seem like nice stand up guys. And unlike the people who call them SSR, I call them HWR. (HARD WORK RACING). Yall dont call the Sarge SSR Racing or Force or whoever but the fact of matter is, whoever wins is going to have great sponsors. ITs part of the game. You have to have $$$ to be competitive. So someone has more, guess what, someone is always going to have more. But I will agree on there driving this year. They havent been at there best this year. Ofcourse having the field dominated like theyhave the last few years they havent had to drive but the field is starting to catch up a little. I will say this, if Dave Connelly has HP for the entire year and by that I mean if he is within .04, .05 of them then he will win the championship in 2007. If not, then I will stick with GA or JL.

Whosoever horsepower it is!!!
My point was about driving skills, not who has stood in front of a dyno for "X" amount of years.

John Caran is right, cutting those .090 lights won`t win a championship next year
when everyone catches up on the performance end .
