Pretty sure someone off camera was motioning him to zip up his firesuit for the Snap On logo, and he didn't get what they were trying to tell him. First hand signal was acknowledging them, second was the "ha-ha mofo, you're trying to distract me". Notice once he figured it out, he zipped right up.
