Spiering and Eaton Road Warrior team hoping for good showing at Epping IHRA race

JORDAN STATION, ON (September 7, 2006) – With some adjustments for the race car, and some mental adjustments for Carl Spiering, driver of the Eaton Electrical Supercharged Pro Modified Camaro, the Eaton Road Warrior Pro Modified team is ready to do battle at the upcoming Amalie Oil North American Nationals at New England Dragway in Epping, NH.

“We missed the clutch setup at Norwalk ,” said Spiering, from Jordan Station, Ontario . “But we’ve got it figured out now, and with myself focusing and getting better reaction times off the line we plan on being a player at Epping.”

The Road Warrior team presently sits sixth in IHRA Pro Modified points for the season, and is the top Canadian team in the series.

“I’ve got a great group of people behind me helping,” Spiering went on to say. “And let me tell you they are really pumped up for this race. This attitude should really help our cause.”

The Amalie Oil North American Nationals presented by New England Dodge Dealers will be round nine of the 11-event International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) eMax Drag Racing Series September 8-10 at New England Dragway.
