Snyder Retains TORCO Racing Fuels as Primary Sponsor in 2007

Mick Snyder and the Snyder Motorsports Race Team are excited to announce they will be teaming up with Knoll Gas - TORCO Racing Fuels again for the 2007 race season. The Team, which finished in 6th place Nationally and earned its 3rd straight Division 3 Championship during the 2006 season, is looking forward to getting the new season underway in Gainesville, Florida the middle of March.

"We are very excited to have the backing of Knoll Gas - TORCO Racing Fuels as our major sponsor again this year. I can't say enough about Evan, Latrell, Brian and all the other people within the organization. They have been so supportive of our Team for three years now and we are very proud to be representing such a great company on and off the race track," said the 25year-old driver.

The Team, which began racing in the Top Alcohol Funny Car category in 2003has earned 3 straight Division 3 championships, 3 straight Top 10 finishes Nationally and 2 Spitzer Low Qualifier Championships. They were most recently honored at the Division 3 banquet when car owner and crew chief, Larry Snyder, received the Pro/Sportsman Crew Chief of the Year award for Division 3. This was the second time in the last three years Snyder was presented with the prestigious award.

"We have a lot of things to do before we are ready for testing in Valdosta, but we go through this every year and always seem to get it all finished. With such great sponsors behind this Team, we can't help but feel blessed. Hopefully, we will be able to go out there and get this car in the winner's circle in 2007 for them."

The Snyder Motorsports / Knoll Gas - TORCO Racing Fuels TAFC will be featuring a new paint scheme this year as well. Look for rendering and another exciting announcement to come within the next week.
