Should they add Pro Stock Motorcycle to the Northwest Nationals so they can join in the "sweep the swing"?
Eddie Krawiec could do it only they don't race Seattle....seems NHRA should consider this in their re-vamping of racing.

Congrats to Eddie on the "mini-sweep" !

I voted NO! WHy you ask...... the PSB have the BUDGET for so many races and adding more COULD make it reslly rough on them both Financially and funding/asking for more sponser money could get tricky.
As we all know P/S and PSB are 3rd class on the TV they do NOT show as much of the people and things going on with them so not as big a fan base as Nitro.
NOW if the switch a few races might enjoy that. Topeka was 1 that did host PSB for i think a few years. UNKNOWN to me WHY they took them off the schedule for Topeka, ST Louis was hoorendous in years past as everyone had traction issues. A simple date change fixed that.
SOO a NO as the sponsor money maybe not happen to afford more then what they do! ALSO the 'spare parts and crew park is another concern......

I'm not a big fan of the bikes, but how exactly are they a "handicap" class?

To be considered a "PRO" category both opponents should be under the same exact rules. With the bikes they handicap them in the pits, instead of on the tree.
One gets to weigh less, another get to have more CC's, if that's not handicapping, I don't know what is.

Lessee....how much weight will they add to the Harleys this time?
One pound every time an Arana b*tches and moans?

Too funny, Arana's were doing the least bitching of all. Matt, George and the Gann's made the most headlines there, rightfully so though.

I am not a fan of the bikes, but I totally respect the effort it takes to put one together and race it. I support the NHRA giving them a place to race. If they wanted to run the full swing, they would have made that happen by now.

I'm not a big fan but I appreciate the work they have done to make them run et and speed. As far as the swing I'm surprised they haven't added them, a lot of teams have already spent the money and time to get to west coast.

Where is there a rule that says they have to go by the same rules?:)

That is an interesting story and thanks for posting it.

It costs a great deal of money to play game and unless someone is willing to foot the bills many simply will not be able to continue playing.

Just my opinion. Jim Hill

A simple question turns into a pro stock bike bashing, who would have thought this would happen.
