bobe bode with clean 4.005 sticks for #1 Q1 ....... hundreds of sportsman runs on track yesterday and this morning. am i to believe

Yes, if this is another track prep or "modified traction compound" issue, then we have a real problem as the fuel cars are putting on a very poor show for the fans.

Give 'em a chance guys, the track has had very little use since last year's event. They'll get better.

nunz, i don't doubt that for a sec., but a track that gets little or no use should maybe have a little more prep when the show comes to town.

Because NASCAR owns it, the NHRA rents the track for the event

Pomona is only used twice a year. No Divisionals. Track condition doesn't seem to be an issue there.
