Congrats to Earwood and company. Nice accomplishment considering NC is circle track country - Oh, and IHRA drag racing country. Hard to believe that every sanctioned drag racing facility in NC is IHRA.

i thought Fayetteville was NHRA?.... Coastal Was NHRA...

And considering that Lowes Motor Speedway was in the running as well.. yeah it is a realy big deal......

Well Billy, I went to IHRA.com and looked under their North Carolina sanctioned tracks and Fayetteville and Costal Plains were in that list. That confirms that all North Carolina drag strips are IHRA Sanctioned!
